Times will vary based on the size of the site, but generally, if you haven’t seen a change in 5 minutes, it’s safe to assume that the processing is stuck. On larger sites, (5000 posts or more), it may take longer to register changes but it shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes.

• Where the processing is hanging up. (Link Scan, Autolinking, Error Scan, etc)
• How often it happens. (Every time, Sometimes, Right after doing something)
• How to reproduce it on your site. (Creating a video showing the steps you go through works great. Sometimes that’s all we need to fix the issue)
• A Support Export from any recent post.
