You can set Link Whisper to make link suggestions based only on Target Keywords from the settings. To do this, go to the Link Whisper Settings, then click the “Advanced Settings” tab. Down near the bottom of the page is an option called “Only make suggestions based on Target Keywords”.

Activating this setting will tell Link Whisper to not consider other metrics for making suggestions. And to only show suggestions that match the current post’s Target Keywords.

This setting does not affect the search functionality in the Inbound Suggestion Page. So when you search on the Inbound Suggestion Page, the results won’t be restricted just to ones that match Target Keywords.
